Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Distribution Center

  Send your return package to our Canadian distribution hub using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product integrity, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
